Premium Membership Plan

$45.00 on the 27th of each month and a $50.00 sign-up fee

This level of membership provides you with telemed access twice a month, up to 6 visits a year in person with your physician and a basic set of labs yearly with no additional fees – all for less than $1.50 a day!

First payment: April 27, 2026

  • Access to low-cost pricing for imaging through agreements set up directly for patients of Open Hands DPC.

  • 1 set of Basic Low Cost Labs each year

53% yearly savings based on the same care through the Basic Membership.

 

$50 enrollment fee is required for all new members to help pay for the programs needed to provide prescriptions, documentation, communications and support necessary for quality and timely care. $100 max payment per family.

All memberships are billed on a monthly basis. Automation minimizes non-patient care time and saves you money. (Further details provided in your patient agreement).
